Directed by Ryan Maxey, 'How to Make a Rainbow' tells the story of mother-daughter duo, Jade Phoenix Martinez & Alaizah Rayne, as they navigate gender identity, homelessness, and the struggles of daily life. Filmed over the course of 2 years, Jade goes through transitioning and must confront the impact that this has not only on her own reality, but also on Alaizah's.
Please join us on Friday, August 30, for this free screening and Q&A with Jade and Alaizah, moderated by Danielle Elizabeth Stevens.
