Join Guild Certified Feldenkrais Method® practitioner, Jenna Blaustein, on Monday evenings for Awareness Through Movement. This class will use gentle movement sequences to increase your self-awareness and bring greater ease of movement.

The Feldenkrais Method® utilizes your curiosity and innate ability to learn, in a series of gentle movement sequences. This weekly class may help you discover new ways to increase your range of motion and improve flexibility. It is used by actors, athletes, and musicians as well as those with persistent pain, arthritis, and autoimmune diseases. Open to people of all ages and abilities!

Jenna Blaustein has studied the Feldenkrais Method® for five years and is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner, having completed an 800-hour training program. Diagnosed with an auto-immune condition over 20 years ago, she found the method after a fall resulted in intractable back pain. Recognizing the effects of the method on overall health, she is eager to bring it to the public. Jenna has 30+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, mostly working with a Geriatric Population.
